This patient presented with not only very crowded looking teeth with the upper lateral incisors tucked in behind the other teeth, but with a very narrow looking smile and a poorly restored broken lower incisor. Treatment consisted of at-home bleaching followed by the fabrication of a lower all porcelain, zirconium based crown and eight upper porcelain veneers to not only smooth off the crowded appearance, but also to achieve a wider looking smile. The metal fillings in the back were replaced with composite resin natural looking fillings.
This patient presented with older dentistry that was no longer aesthetic enough. She wanted a whiter smile and a more natural look. Treatment consisted of take-home whitening and then an all porcelain bridge involving her two front teeth and the left lateral incisor as well as some direct bonding on several of her back teeth.
This patient presented with an old bonded-on bridge replacing the left front tooth. It had come off and was recemented with superglue. The cement had turned dark resulting in an obvious aesthetic concern. Treatment comprised the replacement of the bridge with a three unit fixed all porcelain, zirconium based one. Time consisted of two appointments over approximately one week.
This patient presented with concerns being the gap between the upper two front teeth and the length of those teeth compared to the other front teeth. Her career puts her in the public eye and wanted a more professional and mature look. Treatment consisted of take-home bleaching followed by four porcelain veneers designed to lengthen the two side incisors, widen them and then close the front gap. Objectives in design were to keep the front teeth the original length, but to have them blend in with the others as well as to proportion the widths of the teeth to evenly close the gap. This treatment consisted of two appointments over a one week time period.
This patient presented with a very narrow looking smile with a cross-over of the front teeth and blocked out lateral incisors. The gums were extending over the tops of the lateral incisors. There was pronounced crowding of the lower incisors as well. Treatment consisted of take-home bleaching followed by trimming of the gums over the upper later incisors. After a short period of gum healing, eight upper and eight lower porcelain veneers were fabricated. The time requirements consisted of four appointments over a one month period.
